Far Cry for Mac OS X? No, it is 3D Paradise Paintball

Recently I have discovered couple of nice games. I have just described Bubble Bazinga however I have seen games like that in Mac OS X dashboard. Despite of it I have never expected a game with graphics and a climate that reminds me one of the best FPS (First Person Shooter) games on Windows – FarCry. Perhaps some of my readers will recognize it as exaggerated comparison. Try then 3D Paintball Paradise by Cmune Labs – a single or multi-player First Person Shooter. In case of multiplayer game, the program searches for the available created games, or we can set up the game hosted on our computer. As already mentioned, the graphics are clear evidence of association. So we have beautiful islands with palm trees and grass, bunkers, crushed airplane and a helicopter wrecks – all presented in a very high image quality as for the dashboard widget. The authors have paid attention to the details. It is clearly visible especially while we dive. Who happens to dive without the diving googles, knows that the picture seen in the water is fuzzy. Similarly, we see in blur when we dive in the waters surrounding the island. The sounds in the game are also very attractive the birds are twitting , the sea roars, and if we dive deeper and wait a minute we can hear singing whales and dolphins.
As far as tools for the killing (of course in paintball hamrless version 
) are concerned, there are the typical machine gun with sniper option (right mouse button and scroll wheel) and kind of rocket launcher. It is worth mentioning that you can also play at full screen. Of course, this is not the equivalent of FarCry on the Mac, the game is quite simple, and the area to the game is not too extensive. However, both the graphics and the climate is similar to FarCry. The game is available for Mac OS X, Windows, and – interestingly – as a web application for FaceBook.
